If parcels exceed the maximum weight or dimensions allowed, you may be charged an admin fee of
£2.70 / €3.00 / $3.60 plus the charge incurred from the courier.

Standard Insurance is included at the following rates per kg. £9.00 / €10.00 / $11.00.
Maximum values that can be claimed per package using our label services lost or damaged in transit, not including the services listed below with special limits in place.

For Evri & Asda2You services in the UK, please note the maximum claim limit is £20.00 / €23.00 / $25.00
We cannot be held responsible for any losses due to or caused by couriers or shipping companies.
In the event of packages deemed lost by a courier or postal service we will start the claims process
to the best of our ability once 60 days has passed from the reported loss of the shipment.
